Built in caller ID is a standard feature that will display the name and phone number of a caller calling into the Comdial DX-80 Phone System.
(caller ID service must be provided from telco provider).

Uniform Call Distribution allows Comdial DX-80 Phone extensions to be linked for call handling; enable efficient utilization of you customer services resources.  Incoming calls can be forwarded to the next available agent on a per group basis (sales, tech support, etc.).

Meet me call conferencing.  The Comdial DX-80 Executive Telephone allows the capability of 8 "Meet Me" conference calls.  This allows your associates to dial right into a conference call from on or off-site.

The Comdial's DX-80 Executive Telephone's 30 button programmable dual color LED buttons enable straightforward customization of your Comdial DX-80 Digital Display Speakerphone.  based on your preferences, a single press of a button can dial your favorite extensions, access your speed dial numbers, page a college, park a call or select the "do not disturb" mode.

Busy off hook announce important messages can get through - even when your on the phone.  When enabled, a Comdial DX-80 phone extension can make an announcement over your speakerphone even if you are on a call.  (available on all extensions except the attendant)

Comdial DX80 and DX120 Phone System Expansion Hardware

The Comdial DX120 Phone System replaced the Comdial DX80.  Most of the cards and the phone is compatible with the two systems.  Most cards are available for both system some cards available refurbished.
